How to lose weight and lose fat by watching porn

The best way to lose fat is to watch porn.

That’s what a recent study by researchers at the University of Minnesota suggests.

A team led by University of Toronto psychology professor and author of The Porn Factor: The Science of Pornography found that women who watched porn daily were more likely to lose the fat they normally gain, which in turn led to higher BMI levels and a higher risk of heart disease.

The findings were published in the March edition of the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

The study also found that when men watched porn more, they also had lower BMI levels, which can lead to lower levels of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Ehrlich and his colleagues were interested in understanding how women use pornography to control their weight and the amount of fat they shed.

Previous studies have shown that watching pornography can increase women’s appetite for food, which may lead to increased appetite for unhealthy foods.

In addition, porn exposure has been associated with feelings of pleasure, sexual satisfaction, and sexual arousal.

So the researchers looked at whether watching porn could lead to weight loss.

They asked a group of female college students to complete a 30-question questionnaire about their sexual and physical activity habits.

They were also given an array of images of female bodies.

The images ranged from porn stars, models, and models’ bodies, to sexy photos of women and porn scenes of women engaging in sexual acts.

In the second part of the study, participants were asked to complete another 30-minute questionnaire on their diet.

“If women are watching porn more than once a day, they’re watching more than five times a day,” Ehrich said.

“They’re actually watching a lot more porn.

And that’s because they’re looking at more images.”

A study published last year also found porn increases sexual arousal and urges to engage in sexual activity, which leads to increased sexual activity.

And while there is no direct evidence that pornography causes weight gain, Ehrisch believes that a woman watching more porn is more likely than a woman who watches fewer to feel more sexually aroused.

“This study shows that the consumption of pornography may increase women who engage in sex,” he said.

“We know from previous research that women consume more porn than men do, so it’s not surprising that they consume more.”
